- Review counts and ratings are sourced periodically and may not reflect real-time data.
- Vendor operational details (ABN status, return policies, warranty terms) are checked at time of listing and may change without notice.
- TrustScores are algorithmically derived estimates, not guarantees of vendor quality or reliability.
- RefurbVerify does not verify individual consumer reviews published on third-party platforms.
RefurbVerify expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information published on this site.
3. TrustScore Methodology
TrustScores are computed using a Bayesian-adjusted weighted average of Trustpilot and ProductReview ratings, combined with transparency and operational assessments. Scores range from 0 to 100. A higher score indicates more positive publicly available review data — it is not an endorsement.

4. No Endorsement
The appearance of any vendor on RefurbVerify does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by RefurbVerify. Similarly, a low or absent TrustScore does not mean a vendor is untrustworthy — it may simply reflect insufficient publicly available review data.
Purchasing decisions should be made based on your own research, including checking current reviews, return policies, and warranty terms directly with the vendor.
