Published as a table by condition: 12 months on brand-new laptops, tablets and electronics (store warranty) and on brand-new smartphones (manufacturer, with claim assistance); 6 months on used-as-new; 3 months on refurbished. Periods run from the shipment date, are not paused during repair and do not restart after replacement. Accessories, consumables and commercial use are excluded, and the policy states Australian Consumer Law rights apply on top.

Dead-on-arrival fast-swap if reported within 5 business days of dispatch, with a replacement sent at the seller’s expense. Change-of-mind returns are discretionary — within 7 days, unopened and sealed, freight both ways at the buyer’s cost. A $40 diagnostic fee applies where no fault is found, waived if you approve the repair or freight within 14 days.
Grading System
