ℹ About Hub by Triforce
The retail arm of Triforce Australia, an enterprise IT specialist trading since 2000 that has supplied ASX-listed companies and government departments. The hub sells Apple, HP, Dell and MSI hardware new alongside two distinct discount ranges — a refurbished catalogue covering laptops and desktops, and a separate “damaged box” range where the packaging rather than the device is the reason for the discount.

Trust Score Breakdown
Checked: 1 October 2026
Why this vendor is unrated. No Trustpilot or ProductReview listing found for the hub. Its credentials are structural rather than review-based: a published ABN, a street address, 25 years of trading history under Triforce, and an Apple service authorisation. Those feed the transparency and operations parts of a TrustScore, but a score also needs review evidence, so it stays unrated for now.

Vendor Policies
Warranty
Published per product. The hub operates under standard trading conditions and a returns policy, both published on its site.
↩ Returns
Published returns policy; confirm the window for refurbished stock before buying.
Grading System
Stock is separated into refurbished and damaged box rather than graded on a cosmetic scale. The distinction is more useful than most — a damaged-box unit is new hardware in a marked carton.
Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $99; click and collect from Bella Vista.
Notable: Authorised Apple Service Provider. Repairs are done on site by Apple-certified technicians using genuine Apple parts, with mail-in service available Australia-wide. Only a handful of sellers we track hold an Apple authorisation of any kind, and in-house repair capability is a meaningful signal for refurbished quality — the people selling the device can also fix it.
