Standard warranty covers manufacturing faults and hardware issues; no headline length is published on the policy page, and extended cover of up to 36 months is sold separately. Batteries are explicitly excluded as consumable wear-and-tear items, with only a 30-day battery replacement from purchase. Where a covered device cannot be repaired within about 15 business days, the seller states it will replace it or issue store credit.

14 days online from the day the order arrives, 7 days for in-store purchases. Goods must be unused and complete with original packaging and accessories. Grade B and Grade C devices, and anything more than two years past release, cannot be returned at all, including under the 14-day change-of-mind policy, which covers only A Grade, Like New and Open Box. Restocking fees apply on refunds: 7% on card, PayPal, Zip or Latitude, 10% on Afterpay, including change-of-mind returns. Only cash purchases refund in full.
