Trust Score Breakdown
Checked: 5 October 2026
Why this vendor is unrated. No Trustpilot listing was found. A ProductReview.com.au listing exists for Techciti and shows 1.0 out of 5 from 4 reviews, with 0% positive. Our published methodology excludes any platform rating backed by fewer than 20 reviews from the review aggregate entirely — at that sample size a rating carries almost no information, in either direction — so this one cannot produce a TrustScore and the vendor stays unrated. There is also an unresolved identity question: the ProductReview listing records ABN 91 101 419 863, while techciti.com.au publishes ABN 49 087 964 841 in its footer. We have not been able to establish from the public record whether these are the same trading entity, and we do not attribute a rating across businesses we cannot match. Both facts are recorded here rather than averaged away.
Rubric components we can score: transparency 3/20, operations & legitimacy 15/20. The review aggregate is worth the remaining 50 points and cannot be calculated without qualifying platform data.

Vendor Policies
Warranty
A warranty page exists on the site but returned no readable content when we checked. No headline warranty period is published alongside the refurbished listings — ask before you pay, and get the answer in writing.
↩ Returns
Guest return and offline return request forms are published, plus an orders-and-returns lookup. The window and conditions for refurbished stock are not stated on the pages we read.
Grading System
No cosmetic grading scale is published. Stock is split only into refurbished and open box, which does not tell you what cosmetic condition to expect.
Shipping
Ships Australia-wide. Trading hours Mon–Fri 10am–5pm.
Notable: Read the ProductReview listing before you buy. Techciti has a published ABN, a Parramatta street address and a landline, which is more than many sellers offer. But its ProductReview.com.au listing sits at 1.0 out of 5 from 4 reviews, and the substance of those reviews — items sold as brand new arriving used, difficulty getting returns processed, and an unanswered warranty claim — goes to the heart of what matters in this category. Four reviews is far too small a sample to score on, and we do not treat it as one. It is still worth your time to read them yourself.
